It’s been a few months of voicenote-ing, retreating and planning since we last shared something with you here, but I’m back with journalling queen
for a summery catch-up to add an extra dose of sunshine to your Sunday! In our latest conversation, we explore the pull we all feel to connection and community, and our experiences of that as one millennial and one mid-lifer, whether that be found at retreats or elsewhere.
Then we meander into plans for the summer, how the retreat host plans to retreat herself, while getting excited to share the new series of the Bibliotherapists Podcast that Tanya co-hosts with
, the first episode of which just dropped this weekend! We also share a few summer reading recommendations, and Tanya leaves us with some gorgeous journalling practices including a micromovement and sentence stems, so get your pens and pads at the ready.
Whether you’re heading out on a morning walk for coffee, or lounging in the garden with a fresh juice (or something stronger!) tune in for a relaxed chat that’ll hopefully leave you feeling both connected and inspired.
